Lodging
Lodging is available at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda at a single-occupancy rate of $139 / night (plus taxes and fees).* This discounted rate is available for a limited number of rooms for the nights of the course and for several nights before/after the course. This reduced rate must be booked before October 1st, 2013. Reservation requests received after October 1st, 2013 date will be based on availability at the Hyatt's prevailing rates.

You are responsible for making your own reservations. If you do book your room at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, please be certain to note this on the reservation form below.

All attendees must have a NONMEM license, either personally or through their employer, before attending the course. NONMEM licenses can be obtained from ICON Development Solutions (formerly Globomax Corporation).

    Half-Day Courses
         Introduction to R (AM): $400

If both the AM and PM R courses are taken, the total fee for both courses is $650. If a registrant signs up for three half-day courses, the total fee for all three half-day courses is $1200, of which $250 can be appied to the purchase of PLT Tools within three months of the course.

We accept payment in US dollars by check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover), or bank transfer. There is a $20 service fee for bank transfers and a 3% service fee for credit card payments.

Laptop Rental

Sometimes course attendees have difficulty installing and running NONMEM and PLT Tools during the course. This is almost always a result of using a computer with a very slow processor, or a computer whose configuration restricts installation of software such as NONMEM and PLT Tools (these reside on the desktop for the course). We have fully configured laptop computers that can be rented during the course for $200. These can be used either in lieu of, or alongside, your own laptop computer during the course. Please indicate below if you are interested in renting a laptop for the course.
